"This company is just the worst."
I've had nothing but terrible experiences with this brand. The skincare items are okay, but the way they operate is downright shady.
First off, I used a coupon to back a YouTuber who was promoting them. When I was checking out, Geologie dangled a better discount if I used a different code instead of the one from the YouTuber (which I turned down). I can't help but think this is their sneaky way of getting free advertising without giving the YouTuber their due, since you stop using their code but they still get the credit.
Even though this felt like a red flag, I went ahead and ordered the sample set. After I got the confirmation that my order was on its way, I quickly canceled my subscription, as I usually do with free trials, to dodge any surprise charges for a service I really didn’t like.
Guess what happened? They turned my subscription back on and insisted I hadn’t canceled, even though I know I did. I've been going back and forth in emails with them (especially with a guy named Stefan), but they’ve been dodging my questions and even sent me some snarky screenshots of the unsubscribe button. After checking out other reviews, I found out that a lot of folks have had the same problem with unsubscribing, only to get the product the next month and get charged again.
As for the products, they’re nothing special. It’d be smarter to drop $150 on something that actually works and doesn’t support Geologie’s shady business tactics. I plan to reach out to some small YouTubers I follow who have been sponsored by Geologie to share my story, so they can think twice about working with this company. I can't stress enough how unethical their behavior is.

"This company is absolutely terrible."
I have had nothing but awful experiences with this company. The skincare products are decent, but the company's practices are unethical.
To begin with, I used a coupon code to support a YouTuber who promoted the company. During checkout, Geologie offered me a greater discount if I used a different code instead of the YouTuber's code (which I declined). I suspect this is a way for them to obtain free advertising without compensating the YouTuber, as you no longer use their discount code, yet they still receive credit.
Despite this being a warning sign, I foolishly proceeded to order the sample set. After confirming that my order had been shipped, I promptly canceled my subscription, as I always do when trying a free trial, to avoid any unexpected charges for a service I ultimately didn't enjoy.
Guess what? They reactivated my subscription and claimed that I hadn't canceled it, even though I am certain that I did. I have been exchanging emails with them (specifically with Stefan), but they have been evasive and have even sent me passive-aggressive screenshots of the unsubscribe button. After reading other reviews, I discovered that many others have faced the same issue of unsubscribing, yet mysteriously receive the product the following month and get charged.
As for the products themselves, they are nothing remarkable. It would be wiser to spend $150 on a product that performs better and doesn't support Geologie's predatory business practices. I will be reaching out to small YouTubers whom I follow and who have been sponsored by Geologie to share my experience with them, so they can make an informed decision about continuing to work with the company. I cannot emphasize enough how unethical this company is behaving.

"I reached out to customer support to cancel my order."
I shot an email to customer support asking to cancel my subscription. But, I still got charged weeks later. I contacted them again and finally got a refund, but then a few days after that, I was charged once more. Plus, the delivery service they use (Aramax) can't deliver to Australian post, which is my only way to pick up since I’m away for work for weeks. I've never had this kind of hassle with other companies, and if there’s an issue with delivering to Australia post, it should be flagged at checkout before you place an order. To top it off, I got follow-up emails from the same rep who poorly managed my cancellation, asking if there was anything they could do to keep me as a subscriber. I'm totally over dealing with this company.

"This plan is just awful and the quality of the product is really bad."
I bought the 30-day kit thinking they’d reach out to me before auto-renewing my subscription, like it said on the box. But that didn’t happen. Plus, I’m not happy with the items either, since the moisturizers are way too runny. After dropping $130, I’m certainly not keen on sticking with this.

I purchased the 30-day set with the expectation that they would contact me before renewing my subscription, as stated on the packaging. However, this was not the case. Additionally, I am not pleased with the products themselves, as the moisturizers are excessively watery. After spending $130, I am definitely not interested in continuing with this.

"I sent an email to customer service requesting the cancellation of my order."
I sent an email to customer service requesting to cancel my subscription. However, I was still charged several weeks later. I reached out again and was eventually refunded, but then a few days later, I was charged again. "Finally Found the Right Skin Care Products!"
For years, I’ve been on the hunt for skincare that wouldn’t trigger breakouts, make my face greasy, or feel uncomfortable. So, when I decided to try out Geologie, I was pretty doubtful. What could possibly make them stand out? But let me tell ya, they really do! At 43, I had a tough time finding anything that didn’t make me break out like a kid. Since I started using Geologie’s skincare routine for my face, plus their fantastic eye cream, the results have been amazing. Their products are not just budget-friendly, they work wonders too. And let’s not forget their customer service—it’s top-notch! You can actually chat with real folks, and they get back to you fast. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

"I have been searching for skin care products for years..."
I have spent years searching for skincare products that wouldn't cause breakouts, leave my skin looking oily, and actually felt good. Naturally, I was skeptical when I decided to give Geologie a try. Why would they be any different? Well, let me tell you, they are! At 43 years old, I struggled to find anything that didn't make me break out like a teenager. However, since using Geologie's skincare regimen for my face, along with their amazing eye cream, I have seen incredible results. Not only are their products affordable, but they also work like magic. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding. You can actually talk to real people, and they respond quickly. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

"Mixed Feelings About Geologie Products"
I've been trying out Geologie products for about three months now. Sadly, they haven't done much for my acne or dark circles. Honestly, they didn't make a difference at all, even with the steep price of $150.
On the bright side, my skin did feel clean after using them. But hey, I could get the same clean feeling from a $3 bar of soap. So, I’m stuck giving it just one star.
Update:
I got an email from a Geologie customer service rep, and they were super nice. They suggested I try a stronger night cream. So, I’m curious and willing to give Geologie another shot.
Thanks to their great customer service, I’ve bumped my rating up from one star to three stars. I’ll check back in a couple of months to see if this stronger night cream actually works better.

I have been using Geologie products for approximately three months. Unfortunately, they did not help with my acne or dark circles at all. In fact, they had no effect whatsoever, despite the hefty price tag of $150.
The only positive aspect was that it left my skin feeling clean. However, the same results can be achieved with a simple $3 bar of soap. Therefore, I can only give it a one-star rating.
Update:
I recently received an email from a Geologie customer service representative, who was incredibly polite. They offered me the opportunity to try a higher strength night cream. Intrigued, I have decided to give Geologie one more chance.
Due to their excellent customer service, I have changed my rating from one star to three stars. I will provide another update in a couple of months to see if the higher strength night cream proves to be more effective.

I ran into an issue with an order I made from Geologie. The items I got didn’t match what was described on their site and even had some stuff I didn’t ask for. At first, I was pretty bummed out, but I gotta give props to their customer service, especially Aleksandra’s quick reply. She quickly recognized the error, promised me a free replacement, and handled the request like a pro. This whole experience has really boosted my trust in their support, and I’m definitely sticking with their products.

Although I was initially disappointed, I must commend their customer service, particularly Aleksandra's swift response.
